Returns / Refunds
Any returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued minus shipping charges, which cannot be recovered from the shipper, and packaging costs. You must notify Freedom Drums within 24 hours of any damaged goods in shipping in order to receive a new package at no additional shipping costs.
